Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro

First we get here and the person at the desks said he doesn't have the room we reserved so we didn't have anyplace for our kids to sleep, then he said he would do us a favor by giving us a room with  a pull out. We get to the room and the couch is filthy and warn out then we open it and there was a dead bug on it. The desk person said there is nothing he can do. My wife then called Marriott directly then miraculously there were 2 new rooms available but they were filthy also, This facility is by far the worst in the last 3 yrs of coming twice a year for my kids at school Marriot Bonvoy 4400 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC 27407 Our last room # was 205 but we  originally had the bug room and then they gave us a room on the 1st floor for the kids after my wife called the 8/15 - 8/17 Marriot Bonvoy 4400 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC on speaker in front of the front of the person to catch him in a blatant liie

Bugs in the room. Had to be asked to be moved. Terrible front desk staff in the pm shift. It was very late when we checked in and the staff member was just rude

There was no wifi

The room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Less expensive than other hotels in the area.

The A/C unit in the room couldn't seem to keep up with the heat outside and it was a little too warm in the room for me to sleep well. The vending area / ice machine was not very clean and I saw a dead bug on the floor two days in a row when I went to get ice.

Nothing

I was given a handicap room when I book a regular room I was not accommodated at all.

The service was amazing, and the room was cleaned thoroughly! My son and I truly enjoyed our stay!
