GBGreat location near restaurants, ferries and shops. Internal lift was convenient for access. Good communication with owner.
There's a lack of instructions. A welcome guide would be useful. I found out how to use the coffee machine from a guide in a drawer but struggled with the aircon. The tv was a challenge too and mainly in German. Neither bedside light worked. There are steps within the apartment that some might find a challenge. The kitchen is within a cupboard unit but with so many restaurants it didn't matter. There are few sockets for charging appliances. I could go on but with a little effort this place could be superb.

DKWe had fantastic and friendly communication from the very start. Our stay in this lovely apartment was wonderful – it’s perfectly located in the center of Salò, right in the heart of town but still quiet. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Our host was very helpful in providing an extra set of keys, as we were traveling with two older children and needed to come and go at different times. We usually enjoy cooking a meal or two when we rent an apartment, but here we found the kitchen facilities and space a bit too limited for that. We traveled with two adult children, and for them the sofa bed could have had a more comfortable mattress – but for smaller children or lighter sleepers, it would likely be just fine. We can warmly recommend this place and would be happy to return.
The sofa bed and the "mobile" kitchen were not so useful, as we had the sofa bed pulled out, and with four grown-ups it didn’t leave much space.
