Wifi wasn’t as good as we’re used to in hotels or other facilities. Maybe that can be renewed? But it’s a small issue and had nothing to do with our experience and our trip!
AUThe property was in a fantastic location and had the best shower that was extremely clean.
The property lacked finishing touches which took away the luxury element. This included: no soft lighting, old towels, only 4 coffee pods for two people staying 3 nights. A few things needed repair too including the shelf by the bed and the leg on the table that sat the coffee machine.
GBGBThe apartment was central but very quiet. The bed comfy, the place was very spacious (there were 2 of us), and absolutely spotless. The test of a place is would you stay there again and look forward to it. We definitely would. The staff (more like friends) were nice and helpful. We had a minor issue getting in (more our incompetence) but whoever I spoke to on the phone was helpful, and Francesca who quickly arrived, very considerate and helpful. There was a private lift to get cases into our apartment. A personal key enables it to go to the apartment. Note though, for anyone with mobility issues; getting in the front door still leaves you with stairs before you get to the lift. We can't speak too highly of the location. Perfect for the ferry, taxi and surrounding area.
In the master bedroom you need to be careful if walking around the bed as the ceiling slopes. Even my wife, who is not the tallest person, bumped her head. We never did grasp the various disposal bags, dates, and type of disposal. And there was a lack of tea towels and sufficient disposal bags. But these were very minor issues. The place and location is fab.
USThe location was perfect. It was so easy to walk to all of the restaurants & shops. The property had everything we needed as well!
It was a little difficult getting into the front door at first, but Francesca saw me struggling & helped and showed me how to use it.

GBLocation perfect . Beautifully clean and fresh apartment with plenty of space and air conditioning. Very peaceful . Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and snuggle blankets should they be required and even two pairs of slippers .
We really would have appreciated a couple more bath towels as two for two people for 7 days wasn’t really enough . A full length mirror or at least one mirror in addition to the one in the bathroom would have been great too after all this is Italy we need to look great .
DEPerfect location, well equipped
CAFabulous property. Clean, great facilities and lovley staff! Centerally located in Salo, but bear in mind that Salo is rather quiet compared to the rest of Lake Garda. The front door to the property is tricky to use, but we got the hang of it on day 3
