Need better breakfast

I left the hotel before breakfast was served

The Airportt shuttle bus did not have the name of the hotel listed so I didn’t notice the bus at the shuttle pick up location. It took 30 mins to get the shuttle

Rooms were clean. Property looked well maintained. Close to airport to pick up family in early morning.

First room given the a/c didn’t work and shower door was difficult to open and close. The kind lady at the desk gave us a new room once we discovered the temperature of room wasn’t going down. Second room was cool but A/C was noisy so couldn’t sleep. Was fine as was getting up at 5:30 anyway. Breakfast started at 6. Selection poor. White bagels, reheat eggs. Was just going to grab a coffee but styrofoam cups only with no lids so left with nothing for breakfast.

Preis Leistung katastrophal aber das nervige: beim einchecken habe ich darauf hingewiesen das ich die Rechnung benötige (muss ich der Airline einreichen) das würde ich morgen in der Früh erhalten. Beim auschecken meinte man es käme per Mail. Seit 5 Tagen laufe ich erfolglos meiner Rechnung hinterher

No breakfast, location good

Worn out, pillows extremely uncomfortable, lots of inner hotel noise, could hear every other customer talking, walking, showering etc. Was like the walls had no sound barrier at all, place is very warn out

The location was good, right next to rental car return. And the shuttle in the morning was on time.

The place is fairly shabby. The shuttle was overpacked with people sitting on other people's laps even though we had all told the front desk how many people were in our parties the night before. The parking lot was completely full with cars parked in fire lanes to find space. The restaurant was adequate. Generally, the stay was a bit depressing, to be honest.

The room was clean and immaculate plus the bed is comfortable.

Breakfast could do better.
