Condition of the interior was poor- worn carpet in hallway, loose wallpaper on walls

The hotel was very clean. At least the parts I saw. The staff were very nice and helpful!

Could have used a few more choices for the breakfast. It also was a little noisy. We could clearly hear ppl in other rooms. But it's a hotel, so to be expected.

This hotel is in a great location for accessing rental cars less than a quarter mile away and the airport, just a few minutes away. Though no staff came in to clean the rooms or change out towels the room was decently clean. The carpet in the halls and lobby is so worn it leaves a bad impression of neglect. But it generally appears to be a decent hotel. Some of the front desk personnel are very helpful and courteous. The clerk who checked me in was not processing my card properly and though she claimed the charge did not go through actually charged the card and therefore when I used another card, double charged me and I had to come back and get the first charge removed by another attendant. Maybe this first person was new or just unfamiliar with what she was doing. This hotel is on the right track. I don't eat breakfast, but overall it's a good choice, for economy, comfort and helpful employees.

Sorry, I already mentioned it above. I appreciate all the help you all provided. I don't have anything bad to say about anyone, just make sure everyone is clear about how to process payments and continue to be cordial and courteous. It goes a long way. Our stay was convenient and a blessing.

Parking lot was full so we couldnt leave car , that sucked because it cost us more ti park somewhere else after hotel told us we could park there ,

No parking even to stay the night cost me extra 12 dollars ,becajuse there parking lot was full.

Poor, omelet was frozen as was the sausage. No salt & pepper. Not worth the effort.

Location is less than a mile from Detroit Metro Airport. Check--in and Check-out very easy. The hotel is very clean as was our room, however it needs a serious renovation. One big plus there is parking and a shuttle service to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee. The hotel staff were very customer focused.
