Smiling Cactus Villa

The Smiling Cactus Villa was fantastic. It was clean, very spacious and conveniently located. I loved the decor and furnishings. The foliage, wood carvings, furniture and pool were exactly what I thought of when I pictured a villa in Bali. The outdoor kitchen was super cute and well stocked with appliances although we didn’t use it much. The staff was super responsive and accommodating as this was a last minute booking. Wayan met us at property and was very warm and welcoming in explaining the features and giving as a tour. Wayan was very responsive and was able to quickly help me to extend my stay. Adi, our driver, was amazing. He was super friendly, funny and kind. He provided transportation throughout our visit and we were so grateful. This villa and the team were outstanding.

The only thing I’d recommend would be a trash can with a lid for the kitchen.

The property was great! very spacious and very close to the hustle and bustle and all the good restaurants and cafes of Seminyak. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Seminyak has changed since we were last here in 2015 and is much busier. People coming home late at night from the nightclubs, it was a little noisy for our daughter in the evenings.

The location of this property is fantastic! The villa itself is wonderful, has everything you need, big, clean and great hosts/ cleaners! Would recommend to stay here to all family and friends - we will be back!

The showers are very Bali style but bathrooms are big and beautiful so you can get over that.

A small BBQ and more kitchen utensils would have been great. We only got 2 set of keys for a group of 4. Need to move keys from bed room to front gate all the time and risk locking people in. A key pad for the front gate and guest rooms would have been great. The air con was a bit slow.
