Awesome house, great views, comfortable and clean.

Great Mountain Views. Lovely home walking distance to town for groceries or cafes. We appreciated the large space, Sonos sound system and well stocked kitchen. The coffee, tea and milk - along with cold water and sparkling wine was a lovely welcome touch. Highly recommend.

NOTE - driveway is very steep and no fun to turn car around. Couple of minor items need attention. Shower head in lower level bath wouldn’t stay attached. One drawer in the en suite master coming apart (delaminating won’t close). These are easily fixed and should be tended to.

Location,Clearness, great house inside and outside, perfect for a family or two couples.

We didn have proper linens and towels. Only one towel set was in the property. Only one bed had a linens. After contacting emergency line, the only suggestion was to get to the office and pick it up from there. So, after exhausting day of traveling we had to go to the office where no-one was waiting for us. We had to call multiple times to have stuff to receive linens. No apologies, no follow ups, noone contacted us ever since. It was a terrible service.

A spacious and well equipped modern house, a short walk from beaches and the centre of Coles Bay. Plenty of space to do yoga and a sunny deck with long views of mountains and the sea. A dedicated laundry room was also very useful

We struggled to get inside the house as the key code had not been sent to us by 3.10pm o. The day of arrival. Had to call the holiday agent who said they were having technical issues, but then sent an email. It seems they just forgot.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Bolthole. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking view of the Hazards, the peacefulness, and the modern amenities. The house is spacious, filled with light, and the perfect size for a family trip. Its proximity to Coles Bay Beach and Freycinet National Park was also a big plus.

The view and location are incredible. The large living room and balcony was perfect for summer evenings with our family.

The property was not overly clean. Many of the lights didn’t work and there was no gas in the BBQ. For the price these things should be checked before each guest arrives. There was still a lot of dirt on the floor when we arrived and cobwebs everywhere.

Amazing view and comfortable living area. Good laundry facilities. Small details such as bubbly, chocolate, coffee. Kitchen facilities were excellent.

Several down lights in the living area and kitchen and pantry areas were not working. BBQ was not very clean and insufficient gas supplied for a single BBQ meal.

What an awesome property! Spectacular home with beautiful views, gorgeous night sky from the front deck, and great access to everything Coles Bay offers. We will definitely be back!
