Charming historical hotel in the heart of Richmond. Conveniently located in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I loved my stay, great location

Historic and beautiful Hotel on Franklin Street. My husband and son and I spent a night at the Linden Row Inn. Our rooms were lovely (each contained the complete works of EA Poe), and completely quiet. We breakfasted in the courtyard. I would definitely stay there again whenI return to Richmond.

The row of linked townhouses to create the hotel is architecturally clever. The central location is great. The beds were marvelously comfortable. A loading zone near the entrance is available.

As with any urban location, the parking is a bit awkward but the garage on the next block was fine and the overnight rate was very reasonable.

We went for a tournament at the convention center. The location is close, on flat ground. The rooms are gorgeous, bathrooms clean and adequate, and the coffee is available early.

Location is great. Staff very friendly but could improve with some sort of uniform or at least slacks and a nice shirt. I would not stay here again as the maintenance on the Inn has been lacking for YEARS. Our room 318 had tattered shears and bed skirt. The furniture was nicked and one small desk chair was falling apart. The room was quite large and could have done with an extra comfy upholstered chair and an end table. With two people it was difficult to comfortably visit. One of us had to sit on the bed. Be warned the beds are very very high, as in old, but difficult for elderly ladies to get in and out.
