"Terrible Experience - Greedy Management"

When I arrived, there was only one person at the reception, and it took 40 minutes just to check in! The room was ridiculously small—no space to open my suitcase, and I could barely move around. The bathroom was so cramped I couldn’t even close the door properly. There were flies in the room, no slippers for the bathroom and no water offered. It felt like they put zero effort into basic hospitality. The experience was so bad it made me want to leave early, but they wouldn’t let me leave or refund the nights I didn’t use. All they cared about was keeping my money. I ended up leaving anyway and losing my money because I just couldn’t stand staying there any longer. I tried contacting management so many times over the days I was there but they never respond. They just take the money and be quiet. The useless reception couldn't do anything and told me to contact management who never respond. To make it worse, when I was checking out (with a taxi waiting!), they wouldn’t let me leave until they inspected the room. Meanwhile, I saw other people just hand in their key cards and go. It felt like discrimination because I’m not Filipino.
