The Hilton Woodland Hills is absolutely amazing. Not only is the beauty of the lobby stunning and the dining experience at Runway incredible, along with my personal favorite, the breakfast buffet in the mornings with a wonderful staff, but the rooms are also exceptionally clean and comfortable. What made it truly exceptional, however, was the concierge, specifically Luciano, who was not only the most welcoming and accommodating front desk agent you could ask for, but also made extending my stay feel effortless. What I thought would be a difficult experience, he turned into a wonderful one. I’m very happy with my stay at the Hilton, and I would recommend anyone, friends, family, and business travelers alike, to come and stay here and enjoy the wonderful and exceptional service that Luciano provides.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable—very attentive and always on top of every detail. We especially want to highlight Laura Contreras, who took amazing care of us—super friendly, professional, and brought such a great energy that made the experience even better. I checked in after a really bumpy ride and all I wanted to do was lay down for a few minutes once I checked in. My first room was on the eighth floor and as soon as I got off the floor, there was a strong stench of perfume or maybe somebody's vape, I'm not sure. It got worse as I got towards my room. Once inside, I couldn't handle the smell and asked for the room to be switched out. They were very accommodating and I went downstairs to get my key. The second room was apparently it looks room, but it was just as outdated as the first with no noticeable difference. I pulled the bedsheets back and noticed reddish stains. I called downstairs and this time someone came up and switched my room for the third time. She watched me as I pulled the sheets back and there was hair on the bedsheets. I don't know what's going on at this hotel, but I've stayed here multiple times and have never had this type of a cleanliness issue. The hotel also does not smell fresh. I wonder if there has been a change in ownership or if they are not simply not properly cleaning these rooms. If you are sensitive or have allergies, you may want to stay somewhere else.
