Great property. The room was in great shape and housekeeping does a stellar job with the upkeep. Staff was very very friendly and inviting. Mo and the front desk was helpful and accommodating. Will, Laura, and Oscar at the restaurant were great at their job. They offered great service and their timing on everything was on point. I was nervous about my room being right next to the elevator but I had zero problems with noise or foot traffic. It was a perfect stay. I wish I could give more stars.

This hotel has never disappointed! Great service by desk staff evening and day. Valet guys were friendly and helpful. When do choosing this area don't hesitate for a clean, comfortable experience!

I had a watermelon mint margarita at the restaurant and it’s SO GOOD. I told my server I prefer it to be more sour more lime juice and less sweetness. The margarita came out VERY NICE. Sorry I didn’t have the chance to ask the name of my bartender. I was there March 15 close to 8pm. Please pass on my appreciation!

I accidentally left my toiletries bag behind, and he not only made sure it was found, but he also took incredible care packaging it to send back to me. It was bubble wrapped and packed with triple protection, which really showed the extra effort and attention to detail. It’s rare to see that level of care for something that wasn’t even their responsibility anymore. Matt was professional, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in his work. We recently hosted our wedding at this hotel, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we first toured the venue to the reception, the event staff made us feel completely supported and genuinely cared for. The venue itself was beautiful and perfectly suited for our wedding. The ballrooms were remodeled in January, and the space was elegant with great lighting and a layout that made the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flow seamlessly. Our guests kept commenting on how lovely the setting was and how smoothly everything ran throughout the evening. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the event team. They were organized, responsive, and incredibly attentive to every detail. In the months leading to the wedding, they answered all our questions quickly and offered helpful suggestions that made planning much easier. On the day of the event, they managed everything behind the scenes so effortlessly that we were able to relax and genuinely enjoy our wedding. Whenever something small came up the staff addressed it immediately and professionally. Their calm, friendly presence made an enormous difference, and it was clear they genuinely wanted the day to be perfect for us and our guests. We are so grateful to the entire events team for making our wedding day so memorable. If you are considering this hotel as a wedding venue, we cannot recommend it highly enough. the staff was very helpful and supportive. I felt safe. Location is great. The room was tidy and clean. I will book it again while my trip to LA and for sure worth to be recommended to my friends.
