Days Inn by Wyndham Atlanta/Southlake/Morrow

Refrigerator and microwave is just a show piece, it was not working. So much dirt inside fridge. This was the only hotel who served butter, jam, cheese without bagel/bread. Not even eggs for breakfast. Free breakfast is a joke here. Yogurt and cereal is what they provide. Worst experience. I would never fall into this scam in future

It had poor television and wifi. The door was hard to open and sometimes the key got stuck. But overall not bad. Was able to check in easily.

It was overall sufficient. While the price was good and the atmosphere fine for really only needing a place to sleep, I would really appreciate even a half star more effort towards issues mentioned in the full review. The hotel was just fine for my needs -- a place to sleep while on work assignment in the Atlanta area for a weekend. It was easy to get to, near plenty of shopping options if I'd had any need, the staff were plenty friendly, and the price was great. The outer half of my room's doorknob (and other rooms around) seemed kinda broken, which was concerning. Despite being in a non-smoking room, the bedding appeared to have several burn holes as if from a cigarette. Several bug corpses laid in corners and edges and were either missed each day or there was just minimal cleaning. I was greeted on my first night by a roach just "hanging out" in the room, but I never saw another (possibly because I left my a/c running on very low and I don't think roaches care for cold)

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Affordable and convenient.

Toilet seat is broken. Supply air grille on PTAC was covered with mold and dirt. Office chair cushion was very hard and uncomfortable.
