Staff were very nice. Pillows were strangely small. Looks like they added nice new beds but bathroom was outdated and tiles were cracked. They didn't have tea option for breakfast (coffee only) no safe in the room. Big fridge in the room was plus.

Room was disgusting and hot, the tv was so glitchy you couldn't watch it, the bathroom and shower were gross, the shower water smelled awful. I have no idea how this place has a 7.2 rating, I'm glad my stay was only a few hours.

Definitely quite, in a great area, staff was very helpful when needed.

The room was great it has a little smell when you first walked in the room but housekeeping easily fixed that. The only thing that upset and or pisses me off about this hotel is the $50 non refundable deposit that was never returned and I know for a fact nothing was damaged or stolen.

The room was quite dated and the pool didn't work. The toilet seat was almost falling off. The premises were not very tidy, and the guests were sketchy
