I think the problem is bookings.com. Every time I went to order the room it my computer just froze and I didn’t look like I had ordered it so I ordered it again. I did this multiple times and ended up booking two rooms. On accident. I canceled one and I thought that had resolved all of them, but it turns out two were booked. I told the staff upon arrival and they said nothing. She just looked down. I thought maybe she didn’t charge me but I do know they sold that room. She should’ve given me my two keys if I had two rooms.

They sold the room that I had purchased, but I must say I didn’t need it. But due to the air from booking.com I could not correct the error.
