Comfort Inn Santa Cruz North

The breakfast was good and had very flexible hours. My kids loved the heated pool. We definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Buena atención del personal, la piscina es climatizada y eso estuvo genial después de un día largo y cansado un baño en la piscina con agua tibia

Los colchones no están para nada cómodos, están o muy viejos o de plano en mal estado, porque eran duros e irregulares, se sentían zonas duras y otras huecas, fui con un grupo de amigos y en total reservamos 4 habitaciones, a todos nos tocó en diferentes edificios, y todos teníamos el mismo tema con las camas, fatal. El estacionamiento, aunque tengas tu ticket de acceso a él, no te garantiza un puesto, eso no está bien

The pool was good. The location was great for the places we were going.

There could have been a comfortable car to sit in the room. The parking was crowded .

It had a fridge and microwave. Although I’m not medically disabled I do have severe back pain. I requested bottom floor and was granted my request. I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate me

The fact that my deposits/security deposit. It’s not the fact that I had to pay this fee but that it was going to take a week to return. The employees were not friendly.

It was clean inside and outside and service was great

Breakfast was helpful and there were several options for food.

Parking was terrible. Spaces were extremely compact and the lot was crowded. I literally got the last parking space and practically had to park on the curb because other people couldn’t fit their cars in their spaces correctly. WiFi also terrible! Directions were unclear and it Kicked us off every 20 minutes or so. Annoying when trying to work from the hotel. Room was musty, AC unit was super noisy and rattled, faucet in the sink would leak unless you twisted the heck out of it, design of sink was terrible and water got everywhere each time you washed your hands. All in all, place was run down and not worth the price I paid.
