Loved the hotel and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint was our tv didn’t turn on and our wind drain was closed and couldn’t open it so water wouldn’t drain our first night. They came and fixed it for us the next day and after they left we realized the volume wouldn’t turn up at all. We just gave up at that point.

B/Fast was cold. Not to our expectations. Poor quality food served cold

Dinner was served in one hour that too was cold. Very bad experience of dinner

Tracy F. truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, answering questions with patience and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. We had to get moved from one room to another because the room was flooding. Once we got to our new room our bathroom flooded and messed you up some of our clothes!
