Best Western Carlisle South

I would like to give special recognition to the front desk staff members especially the lady that checked me in when I arrived. She was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. Excellent customer service.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. When I arrived, I noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned, and the shower and 🚽 were not in the condition I expected before checking in. I reported the issue and requested that it be cleaned the following day, and the cleaning was done afterward. I hope the hotel improves its inspection process before guests arrive.

Absolutely Nothing!

Rooms were completely filthy. No air was working, and the staff was completely rude. We did not stay at all. We tried to get refund with the help of Booking.com, however, Best Western was not being cooperative with Booking.com. This Best Western needs shut down!

Good location exterior was generally good

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards we would expect from a Best Western property. We stayed in Room 353, which was in very poor condition and appeared inadequately cleaned. There was what appeared to be feces on the broken shower curtain as well as on the side of one of the beds. The toilet bowl had a visible dirt ring, and many areas of the room were in disrepair. There was also a piece of painted wood with a nail protruding from it, which posed a safety concern. The room lacked basic functionality and comfort. There was no towel bar or convenient place to hang towels near the shower, making it difficult after bathing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows and sheets. The condition of the hotel overall was equally unacceptable. There were leaks visible in the ceilings throughout the hallways, and many surfaces throughout the property appeared dirty and poorly maintained. One of the amenities advertised when booking was an outdoor pool. However, the pool appeared as though it had not been opened or maintained in years. It was dirty, unusable, and closed, yet this was never disclosed at the time of booking. Customer service was also very poor. Several staff members either could not communicate effectively in English or were unfriendly and unhelpful. The manager, in particular, was extremely short-tempered and unprofessional. At approximately 9:00 p.m., he loudly yelled at a group of adults who were simply sitting in the lounge area watching television and talking quietly. The breakfast service was also unacceptable. The breakfast area was dirty, poorly maintained, and the overall quality was very poor. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and it is especially surprising and disappointing for a Best Western property. We believe these issues require immediate attention and would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

Beautiful room . Excellent mattress and pillows . Room size was also comfortable. Very , nicely decorated and furnished. Felt like a luxury accommodation.

Front desk attendant rude at check in and snarky. Did not appreciate her attitude towards me.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating since we showed up a day earlier than expected 😀 Rooms were comfortable and clean

The complimentary breakfast was marginal at best. I realize it's free but it was not good. We found an amazing diner down the road.
