Best Western Carlisle South

They say it was recently renovated but there is mold in the bathroom tub. The room smelled like mold found when the ac is on it leaks onto the carpet. For the price we are charged very disappointed with the condition. Will never stay at a best western again especially this one.

The one staff was super mean and not at all helpful the building is hard to get into and you only get one room key…. Looks a little sketchy but good enough to sleep in if you have to tv remote is not working for us. Plus there is no shower curtain so it makes the bathroom floors all wet. I would not recommend

the rude female front desk lady,...She seem like she hated her job. the Lamp hac food smeared on it,.. and tub was filled with mildew stains.,...Usually I Love the Best Western, but the cleaniless was very sub-par. and the initial greet was Rude,...but the gentleman front desk attendant recoverd by being So nice. 1

Pool needs attention. Painted “liner” was bubbling & peeling off. Had to ask for pool towels on both visits to pool. Key card malfunctioned & had to go get new card twice during our 3 night stay. Front desk staff was very helpful in getting items attended to

Reasonable price.

Breakfast was amazing and staff were amazing. Will be be booking again here next year.

Good location off Highway. Fairly priced.

Parking was not in front of building but far down in the side. Handicapped parking was quite far from front door. Window on 1st floor could not open- it was screwed shut. Glad there was a microwave as eggs and bacon were tepid, at best.

Was not at all impressed of the dirty room as well as the dated tub. Mold was present.Dead roaches were just laying in corners of the room. I guess cleaniness is not a priority here. Maybe they spray for bugs but forget to clean up... The worst part was I paid nearly double for the room as the auto show was taking place that weekend.Will never stay here again. Time to update if they expect to get these prices...

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean in our room and the property felt very safe. My only complaint is that for the price point, the towels felt very old and scratchy and rough. They should replace towels and get new ones.

Rooms were not very clean, bathroom door wouldn’t shut big chunk out of door Shower glass down kept sliding open whilst showering Beds very hard not comfortable at all
