Downtown Inn

Location was perfect. The room was very comfortable. Price was fantastic.

The facility is a little dated. However, prices perfect for an overnight visit to see a concert.

Great location, centre of Asheville, clean, great value

Great location in downtown Asheville, walkable to several restaurants, shopping, "watering holes" and many art museums. The building is older which gives it character. All the necessary amenities, VERY clean and functional. If you get a room on the backside (4-6 floors) you'll have a great view of the Blue Ridge mountains! Breakfast is simple, breads, cereal & waffles. Very adequate stairwells and elevators. Good security, plenty of cameras.

Tight parking spaces. Could use more fruit.

Remove the carpets and install laminate floors

I have stayed here many times over the years and it is always clean. Not the most updated motel but it’s clean efficient and the only place I stay when in Asheville

Modest accommodations but location ideal and rooms very clean and comfortable plus friendly staff.

Excellent location & price, clean room, friendly service, and the continental breakfast was an awesome surprise in the morning!

Bed linens were a little weak but expected for the price :)
