Location, room, breakfast, shower, comfort It was perfect for the quick trip my son and I took to Asheville. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Maybe make parking spaces less cramped and offer an overfill lot nearby.

Excellent location. So many places are accessible by walking. Great front desk staff, especially at night. Great free parking options. Great value for the money.

Noise outside of our door at 11:30 PM was handled quickly with a call to the front desk. The room was a bit noisy from Patton Avenue traffic.
