Staff was very personable..very welcoming from a long drive of 3hrs. Hotel was very convenient in the heart of Downtown, you could walk to everything. Breakfast was great also..my daughter was a little disappointed that there was no eggs but happy that she was able to make her own waffle. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
