Downtown Inn

A great price for a perfect, walkable location to everything downtown. The poolside room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything that I needed. I was trying to book a river float trip, so I didn't have time to enjoy the huge, sparkling pool. Yes, the continental breakfast coffee was a little weak but there were several coffee houses/restaurants where I was going anyway. I would go back in a heartbeat.

i liked how reasonably priced the stay was and how close to downtown it is. room was super clean especially the bathroom.

We love the Downtown Inn. Every time we come to Asheville, we make sure to stay here. You have easy parking, an affordable place to stay, and the location is PERFECT! We continue to come here !

The elevators- one is scary and one was smelly

An older building but really clean staff and well maintained. We were within walking distance of downtown and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed the pool a few times and had a Mountain View from our room. You can’t beat the price and we loved the waffle makers at breakfast!

Bedding and pillows could be upgraded but otherwise great value for everything else for the price!

This hotel offered great value for the price. The location is premium, allowing us to park once and easily walk to all things downtown. While the room wasn't particularly fancy, it was clean and well-maintained.

Upon arrival, the hotel parking lot was at capacity, which necessitated parking in a nearby lot that was not directly adjacent to the property. I felt concerned regarding the security and surveillance of the off-site parking area.
