Horrible

It was quiet. Our power was out at home so we stayed for 2 nights. It was literally a port in a storm.

nothing for kids. The place was clean enough but the bathroom was horrible disrepair. Towels were thin and not enough. When I asked for clean towels I was told they would bring them. They took the dirty ones but did not bring clean ones. When I asked for more I was told I'd have to give housekeeping the old ones first. The night manager eventually brought some. I do not recommend this place unless you are desparate. I only wish I'd taken pictures.

Staff was rude. Tv didn't work in the room. Refrigerator and microwave couldn't both be plugged up. Wash clothes and towels were dirty. And we found a syringe with something in it. We checked out a day early and I asked the front desk clerk for a refund and he said he would talk to the manager. Still haven't heard anything. Nasty place to stay.

Outdated but worked for the time being.

The staff allows people clearly using to place garbage outside of the rooms, allowing the garbage bags to stay in the hallway. Male staff members seem to have personal relationship with female users staying in the motel, the women hang over the front counter in pajamas and no shoes, offering dirty looks to guests entering and leaving the facility. This place will eventually end up raided and shut down, it’s a den. Lastly, the staff puts unnecessary holds on credit cards and refuses to give a receipt for said charge.

The photos online was not what I walked into! It was for the hotel but not that property!!! My mom was transitioning and I had to get to the hospital so I didn’t have time to look over the room at first but when I go back at 6am I couldn’t believe what I was seeing

Pd for a king bed had to be moved to another room bc the door wouldn’t work with key so moved me to a double bed room and room was dirty they came in an cleaned room while I was there bc they refused to give me my money back. Socks behind bed all base boards was off microwave had paper in it dated for 2/6/25. There was mold on corner of wall bugs of some kind in the corner or room horrible place. No breakfast or pool either.

Overall stay with great compared to the reviews I had read online. The staff was friendly. our door wouldn't unlock using our card so we had to have the concierge open the door each time but wasn't much of an issue because they were friendly and prompt about it. The only issue I had was there was no smoke detectors in the room. If there was a fire in the middle of the night we would have been dead because we would have never known. 7/10 DO recommend
