Good hotel at reasonable price

Stayed here because all of the local hotels near O’Hare wanted outrageous prices for a one night stay. Since I was having dinner near Buffalo Grove the night I stayed, I chose this hotel. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the desk clerk and thanked for my Bonvoy status. When I went to the room, I found it to be clean, and a nice view of the inner courtyard area. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well, and the shower worked as it was supposed to, with plenty of hot water. That’s where the nice part of the room and hotel ended. Some of the exterior entry doors are still broken, as posted in previous reviews. You will need to enter the hotel from the front lobby which, if you have a room at the other side of the hotel, could be a long walk. (The entry doors on the side where my room was were still broken; I cannot speak for the other entry doors on other sides of the hotel.) Also, the room phone did not work at all; no dial tone, nothing. To be honest, this hotel has good and bad sides to it. Sadly, the bad outweigh the good as of recent. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Very good value for money. Comfortable bed, large rooms with high ceilings. Spacious. Friendly service. Lots of parking and close to nature park for a nice walk.

Continental breakfast option was limited.

The room was fine, but they charged 50$ for early check in, no free breakfast, and there was a sign outside that your car could be at risk for damage. It didn’t seem safe outside and my car ended up being keyed and scuffed.

Сотрудники отеля не увидели предоплату с букинга и сняли с моей карты всю.стоимость за проживание и даже больше чем было в Букинге а также депозит и до сих пор нет возврата. Эти действия сотрудников отеля испортило все впечатление о проживании в отеле. До сих пор идёт переписка с отелем и со службой поддержки Букинга.

Good mid-range hotel room. It was quieter than I expected, which I particularly appreciate in a hotel stay.

The staff was very friendly, and the location is absolutely perfect.

However, the pillows were too soft and lacked support, they couldn’t hold their shape when pressed. It would be great if they were filled a bit more for better comfort.
