Convenient

Our room didn’t have hot water for a shower. Water was like warm. Did advise frt desk. Also, breakfast was sub par. Was never really warm. Good was room temp most mornings except for one and we were always early.

Dirty sheets, ants infestation in beds, dressers, floor. When I woke up at 3 AM ants were crawling all over me and my kids mind you I was leaving at 5AM. The lady at the front desk says well why didn’t you get another room I said I didn’t realize it would be an ant infestation when I went to sleep. Contacted management no answer, sent two emails, they said nothing about my refund but they said oh I’ll tell housekeeping about this. Housekeeping can’t fix a construction problem ants are getting in due to insulation issues in the wall and windows. DO NOTTTTTTTT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pictures are lies. It’s dreary and dingy. I will be contacting the BBB and submitting photos and videos! I will be awaiting my refund!

Stay here 4 nights housekeeping never came not once . Travel with 3 kids and the KIDS found a dirty condom on the floor . Manger offered points .
