I loved looking at the sea and it was cosy

We had room number 8 very near the beach which had beautiful view of the ocean so we could watch the sun setting every evening. Staff were friendly and professional and the area was a clean and lovely country environment. Basic but adequate with own front door, ensuite plus fridge. Just a few seconds walk to take my morning coffee on the beach. Took our own travel kettle for tea and coffee. Owner and his son Andrew, who taught us how to play dominoes were very helpful and friendly. Explored the abandoned ‘Treasure Beach Resort’ just along the bay - totally deserted. We stayed in February 2025.

Lovely welcome and stay, no negative points for us

This property is right on the beachfront and it was wonderful to open my door right on to the sea front. This property's greatest asset is its location right in the mix of everything!

Please bear in mind, the room is quite small and basic. There is no where to really out all your things aside from 4 hooks on the wall. I used the two chairs to store my bags and things. It is rustic so again no hot water.

It’s located right at the beach. The beach view hut was not worth it tho

The hut was very very small, were normally not picky but it was not clean, very small, cockroaches and not comfortable at all. As soon as you enter the room there are papers on the wall with “no refund”, makes it very uncomfortable

For 60us a night it was great. Walkable road with a few decent restaurants. Very quiet community. If you are a writer or astronomer this is a good place. For sunrise and sunset and for good views you want room 1 or the tower room.

Treasure beach is about quiet and rolling waves. Not a good swimming beach. Sand is brown with black stripes. Not enough things to do. No live music during the week we were there.

The beautiful setting, right on the beach. Very basic but private with a fridge.

The floring material is not in a good condition.
