"Very nice location, helpful staff comfortable room"

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms.

There were quite a few amenities that were unavailable. The restaurant bar didn’t serve alcohol , odd to have a bar that you can’t get a beer or glass of wine. The pool and hot tubs were not open .

The price and the cleaness

No coffee in room, and the breakfast was pretty shabby. Coffee was week and tasted old. No variety on things to eat

Location relative to freeway.

Breakfast was very basic. Bad coffee. Yogurt fridge was sitting on an old end table.

"The most disgusting place that I’ve ever been in"

Absolutely nothing was good about this property

I walked in and the desk attendance were smoking. They were not clean, and when they handed me my car to my room, I went to the room and the door was open. The bed was not unmade. There was drinks laying on the tables. The room was occupied and they gave me a room that was occupied.

They canceled our booking before we got there and didn't inform us until we were there, no emails or text messages.
