It was clean everybody was helpful I needed ice which was on the 21st floor and when the brought up my luggage they even got the ice for me front desk was helpful telling me what to do in the area

"Great hotel, shame about location"

Hotel was really nice, and the bar tender was so good, it’s a shame the hotel is situated in a not so good area with signs warning guests about the surrounding areas. We were also accosted by the concierge who tried to get us to sign up for a 2 hour sales pitch about Marriott Holidays which we presume is some sort of timeshare thing. We are on holiday, and not wasting 2 hours listening to some sales pitch!! Needless to say we didn’t sign up for it
