O funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos. Café da manhã bom, no entanto falta lugares para sentar nos horários entre 8am-9am . Localização ótima.

Estacionamento do hotel com custo elevado. A piscina é pequena . O quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo vindo do carpete e as tomadas da cabeceira do lado direito não estavam funcionando.

Property was clean, just a bit outdated. The staff are great!

A bit outdated. Elevator situation was a bit of a bummer. With as many rooms and guests, all of it should be functional.

Housekeeping has been very punctual and accommodating with our needs, by refilling amenities and cleaning our room. We are glad that this hotel has water bottles refill station. Glad this hotel serve breakfast duration of our stay. Wonderful beach view and was able to watch the firework on Friday night outside our window. So glad this hotel is near the Waikīkī beach, church, malls, fast foods and stores for your needs and relaxation.

Windows screen were dirty and had all lot of stains. Bathroom does not have any ventilation so we had to open the window when we take a shower. Doors are very loud when it closes so we have to make sure we close the door slowly with our hand. Laundry is quite expensive with every $5.25 a washer or dryer, quarters or credit card only. Several guest were moving my clothes out of the washer and dryer, being inpatient which is disturbing and disappointing. One of the elevator was down which makes it take a little longer to get into the elevator to our room for this hotel has all lot of guest in there hotel.

Great hotel in a great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and so many retail stores. The staff is beyond amazing especially Gladys that made checking in the easiest, fastest and most pleasant experience I had during my vacation. Gladys made sure that my daughter had exceptional 8th birthday celebration too. I would definitely recommend to family and friends looking to stay in the area.

I like the location on the property. One staff member was very friendly and helpful when we checked in.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to call housekeeping to get your room, cleaned as the plates on the door if it was placed to clean single your room it seemed as though it I was ignored
