Our room was clean and the staffs are all welcoming and polite

The electronic entrance for the car is not working sometime and the elevator was too old. We need to wait for a long time to get into the elevator.

Good location, friendly staff, but I've stayed at better Holiday Inn Express.

King room was very small . included breakfast buffet had limited selections, very crowded, and dinning room was packed. Pool was closed.

The lobby and atmosphere is wonderful. Loved having the continental breakfast because that was one less meal to plan! The king room was very small with a bed, chair, and two end tables; but for two of us, it was not bad. Our pillow cases were dirty but they fixed it. My biggest complaint was the hot tub was not working which was one of the MAIN reasons we chose this hotel. I asked numerous times if it was fixed and no one could tell me anything. And then to see that I was still charged the “amenity” fee; I was not happy.
