The rooms are incredibly small just bigger then the bed. Service was poor and staff uncaring and unprofessional. The room was clean

Small room, not cozy, hard to get around; VERY noisy bathroom fan which was ALWAYS on with the light; frosted glass door into bathroom-heavy, noisy and not so private; light from hall around door was bothersome-used towels to block some of it; VERY noisy AC- had to turn off and on;

Breakfast was better than most! Salad greens! Good coffee! Location? was ok, but you could do way better!

La hubicación es muy buena, esta la playa a 8 min y las tiendas principales, la limpieza puntual, siempre cuidan mucho la limpieza, la atenci siempre fue muy amable.

El desayuno, fue muy muy basico, de los 6 días que estuvimos al 3er día ya nos había cansado comer de las mismas pocas opciones que había, la comida que hay esta bien preparada pero si esta muy muy limitado.

Everyone was so helpful, friendly and kind -- the person who took our reservation, the person who checked us in, the cleaning lady, the breakfast staff, etc. We needed a labor-intensive accommodation for someone in our party with special needs, and a manager named David and his maintenance team made it happen. Thank you!!! We chose this central Waikiki hotel because it has the fewest noise complaints. I'm relieved that we were able to enjoy uninterrupted sleep for all six nights of our visit. The bedding was so clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but they were clean and had everything we needed. Through one window we could see Diamond Head and the ocean, and from another window we had a pleasant view of a canal and mountains. At the breakfast buffet, they had plenty for us vegans: soy milk, oatmeal, walnuts, cranberries, bananas, oranges, hot white rice, fresh (not frozen) mixed vegetables and "super greens" salad. I can't wait to return! We will definitely be staying here again and recommend Holiday Inn Express Waikiki to others.
