Hotel O Hills Residence

The cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is not handicap friendly as there is no lift n tv in the room is not even working. The lighting in the room pretty poor. No aircond remote to reduce or increase the temperatures. Water coming out from the shower is slow n the hot water not working either.

Ekon also needs to be cleaned, because it is less cold, the room will feel warm, the remote does not work, needs new batteries, a foot pad for the toilet door, and the situation is less fragrant

Location is in the city center, easy access to the riverbank area.

The room was small & dirty, there were stains on the bed cover and walls. The WIFI is not working. There is a TV but no remote. Only 1 light and very dim, the other source of light was a window but outside the balcony was a pile of trash so I decide to close the window all the time

No toiletries .. no drinking water .. no tea or coffee.. no remote tv.. my rubbish infront door not collecting...

Hitter just air very very panas ,can't adjust , ada tempat sabun but tiada isi ,handuk koyak ,bantal kempis ,tv lcd just hiasan tak dpt on ..except location ,everything is terrible

Location was central, access was bad

There is a long list. AC worked to a fixed setting, no tv, no toiletries, no fan and wardrobe(as listed in booking.com), tv was there but won’t work, sheets and towels were dirty. Had no choice to book a place last minute after tune hotel did not honour my booking.

Don't stay there. It is a nightmare. We stayed only 2h because we couldn´t breathe in the room and they didn't return any money of the 5 nights there. Very bad hotel and don't believe the pictures (you can see below the real one). Cemented walls with mold, bedsheets and towels with holes, no gel shower, toilet roll or shower head in the bathroom.
