"HELL OF NIGHTMARE"

I LITERALLY ASK FOR REFUNDS THOUSANDS OF TIME ! BOOKING.COM DEDUCTED MY MONEY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT ONCE I ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR ROOM WERE FULLY OCCUPIED !! AT 11 PM THEY JUST SIMPLY ASKED ME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?! I BOOKED EARLIER FOR MY STAY AND MY MONEY ALREADY DEDUCTED BUT ONCE I ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR ROOM WERE FULLY OCCUPIED? IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM WHEN THE SYSTEM OF YOUR HOTEL WAS NOT LINKED TO BOOKING.COM. BUT AS A CUSTOMER I'M STILL MAD THAT NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO HELP ME !! EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR ! THIS IS SCAMMING

Nearby kuching waterfront ..

The ceiling is leaking.. there is water dripping from the ceiling from the room on the third floor.. no air circulation.. the room smells a bit damp of water.. no lift to the third floor.. not suitable for families
