Excellent and beautiful apartment, well furnished and modern contemporary decor. The en suite in the main bedroom is lovely with walk in shower/ bath. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has all the amenities you would have in your kitchen at home. The location is amazing right on the harbour front with a short walk to Split old town. Marin is an amazing host. Great communication and excellent restaurant recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble for him and is always contactable. Would definitely stay at this apartment again and would recommend to anyone looking at taking a city break to Split

The only downside is the hotel next door is being demolished so the approach doesn't look great but actually it doesn't affect the stay as you can't hear anything. The rest of the area is beautiful and this in no way put us off.

Very modern and a great location.

Bedrooms were not spacious - no place for luggage and only one nightstand in bedroom. Directions were lacking a bit so we struggled to figure out door locks and water heater, etc.

Very nice spacious apartment, modern and practical! The owner / manager was always reachable via WhatsApp and gave us some tips for our stay.

The huge construction / demolition site behind and left from the building, the works started at 7am every day and were really loud.. which is of course not the fault of the apartment owner! Just make sure to take earplugs ;) Some small things are missing in the apartment but can be easily bought in the store nearby.

Stylish and beautiful apartment that had everything we needed. Was perfect for a 3 night stay but could be great for long term too!

No private outdoor area - but not really an issue as you are right on the waterfront outside the apartment.

Absolutely nothing to complain about

Great location for the town and the beach. It has the most amazing shower. Everything is really well appointed and in good repair. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Everything was very clean.

We left a brand new swim suit from Villebrequin et some sun glasses at the flat when we checked out and when I asked if they could put them aside the next day they said they had thrown them away. They argued they were « crumbled next to the trash and looked like they were to be thrown away ». The swimsuit was brand new and used once and was laying on the stairs to dry, as well as the sun glasses on the kitchen counter, I don’t see how it could be mistakenly put to trash by an honest person. They were worth respectively 200 and 150€. The host was dishonest in his answers and argued we left the place in disorder just because we left some dishes in the dishwasher and 2 bags of trash in the side of the kitchen since we weren’t told where else to put it and didn’t have soap for the dishwasher. This doesn’t call for throwing our stuff away even if it wasn’t left in order. Our stuff was mishandled at best, and probably stolen judging by the way the host replied. This type of service shouldn’t exist for a rental of this price. I strongly advise against renting here for these reasons.
