Best location for Split. All the super yachts across the road and supermarket very close. Old town 5 mins walk away. Washing machine was a huge plus.

The place is really nice and comfortable and spacious and the owner Mr Marin was so nice and so helpful.

Location, air conditioning and very good communication. Lovely view. Quiet area but close to historic centre. Very stylish, immaculate and comfortable.

We didn’t find a shop close by for essentials and no provisions are provided.

Very convenient location for getting to the waterfront. It was also nice to have a shared common space for relaxing together, which can be found in hotel rooms or their lobbies.

There is construction next to this building, which was not happening when we were there (so no concern for noise), but all of the exposed rebar and broken down cement pieces were a bit visually jarring. Also, the front door is right next to the sidewalk, which sometimes felt a little unsafe if we forgot to lock the door from the inside. 

good instructions for when we got there. nice flat. good bathroom and kitchen well equipped.

there was not a hairdryer there and whoever dealt with that sent me rather a shirty text saying “there must be one in the flat” as they couldn’t see why there someone would have taken it. there was not one. they then said they would bring one the following morning but it arrived at just before 7pm. the coffee machine does not work and in fact it tripped the electrics when tried in two different plugs.
