Good location, modern furniture

1. The guest bed was not made up 2. No coffee machine in the room 3. Not enough batteries in the tv remote- we had to swap them around to use 4. Heating automatically turned off, had to turn on over and over. Warm water always went cold. 5. WiFi was poor 6. I booked this trip in October for this date. I have enquired about price for breakfast for two adults and child- I wanted to order in advance and was told the price 189PLN for the 3 mornings. I was also told to order the day before. The day before when I went to order the price suddenly increased to 303 PLN for the 3 nights. Overall not bad, but could be heaps better choices around.

Staff are very rude! They try to give us worse apartment then we pay for . There wasn't heating . No hot water . Boiler was broke . Swimming pool was out off order . Spider web hanging from lamp etc etc ... and for end accused for some damage . Nightmare

Amazing view of the montains, kitchen with all necessary cutlery, serene place. In the morning you can hear songs of the birds. Plus, on our second day of stay we had a problem with hot water and central heating-but the problem was successfully resolved by the staff.

Wi-fi is not stable

The apartment was nice and clean and amazing mountain views and also a very quiet place.

The window of the kitchen with no blinds, in the morning there was a lot of light when my kids were sleeping on the sofa bed.
