Excellent property spacious clean and a good standard.

Nice apartment, large, two bathrooms, has a washing maschine and a dishwasher, full kitchen with all necessary equipment (well, a toster and a cofee machine woud be also nice to have). The location is good, it's quite close to the mountains, so some trails you can reach by foot. Actually you can see the mountains from your terrace, so you can pick your next destination while sipping coffe iin the morning :) Some good restaurants are also pretty close, easily accessible by foot.

The internet was a bit slow :) And it would be nice to have a toster and cofee machine.

Barbecue is sharing for all guests and has only one cooking set. Sometime is busy. Light in the living room can be more powerful.

Large, spacious and comfortable apartment with fresh and nice interior rooms. Location close to Tatra mountains and not far from Zakopane center. Apartment had three balconies with amazing views! It had practically everything my family needed for our 3 day stay. Interesting, that you get the keys from and return them to the digital parcel-box, where you have to enter the received PIN code. No physical contact with hosts. Although I paid more than intended and stated by booking.com, I tried to emotionally overcome it with good qualities of this apartment. But there are some flaws as well, read below.

!!! I did not like hidden fees !!! Although the description stated that all taxes are included, my credit card was charged ~30 EUR more (288 in place of 259), and when digitally filling check-in form I was charged additional 30 PLN for some tourism or city tax. As I needed this apartment, then I had no chance to argue. !!! Very uneven water flow and all the time changing water temperature – this was very annoying! That definitely increased the water and gas usage, while you wait for a bearable temperature. Small children can not take shower on their own. As I read the reviews, this issue is known for YEARS!!! Electrical cook top was quite laggy, it was even hard to boil pasta on it. If you are staying for a longer period, bring sugar and salt with you. Ohh, that "lovely" plastic cover under the sheet on the double bed... :D This was the first apartment, where I have seen this. Every time you move in the bed, it was nosily rustling... Like in the bed for babies, not to get mattress wet. :D We had to fiddle with WiFi router to get it working – had to re-plug it several times during the stay. Antena was disconnected from TV set-up box, had to reconnect it back to get some TV channels. If you are a tall person, be careful – roof floor apartment ceilings are inclined, you can bump your head quite easily.

Great location! Stunning view! Nice, clean. The girl in the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend to others!

Fantastic views, spacious apartment

Rezervation process is extended outside of Bookings platfrom. You will be required to provide more personal data, sign an agreement and make 3 separate payments (rent, city tax, deposit). You will be extra charges for car parking. Swimming is also paid - 30 PLN per day for one person. It's a pitty no one cares about house - outdoor chairs are broken, table is missing, kitchen has some random stuff - e.g. only one wine glass is left and so on. If someone cared about it, this could become a perfect place
