El tamaño del cuarto muy amplio, muy limpio, excelente ducha, muy buen desayuno incluido tipo buffet. Ubicación muy conveniente a 7 min caminando de la estación del Tri rail sheridan Street

Nos hicieron un cobro doble por un early check in y el depósito aún no lo han devuelto, al parecer demoran hasta 7 días hábiles para regresarlo, eso no debería ser así

"It was very frustrating when I got to check in because it took about 35 minutes because they could n"

The hotel was reasonable because where my job meeting was that’s about it

When I got there to check in, it took about three people to find my confirmation and about 35 minutes of wait then I got overcharged I did not like the smell of the sheets. Had to call room service took forever.
