Talking to the staff at the reception. The room space.

The fee for early checking. I have been there since 2022. I was chocked when they ask me 25$ for early checking.

Pleasant pool / patio area

Hotel understaffed . No one to help with luggage at all ( we are 80/76yr). Stayed 2 night and after the first they did not refresh/cleaned the room in spite of having requested before we left in the late morning. When came back aprox 6 pm room was as we left it and they said there was nothing they could do , requested clean towels but were not brought to our room. Would not be back.
