Membly Hall Hotel

Staff were fantastic, absolutely no faults at all. Location very well placed to do pretty much as you would like. Parking also good as well as there outside facilities.

The room we were allocated (Room - 21) It was appalling. On entering the room, you were greeted with a double bed preventing you from entering the room. You could not pass round the bed with your suitcase, you had to lift in over. With desk & chair, a further chair in there. Their was hardly any room to move about. The floorboards creeked like crazy. Likewise the upstairs room had the same problem as ours, as it creeked every minute the upstairs guests moved around into the night. Many health & safety issues Nd should not be classified as a double room.

Lovely clean comfortable room and particularly good breakfast. Enjoyed having a drink in the bar with a beautiful view of the sea. Nice 20 min walk into town. Comfortable traditional feel hotel.

Well located close to Gyllingvase Beach and easy walk to town centre. Lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Would come again.

Sea view from my room and very delicious breakfast.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well equipped. I enjoyed 45 minutes of relaxation in the jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast was very tasty. The location was perfect with a view over Ghilly beach.

The bathroom was very small and there was a little mould on the tiles.

Staff on reception not very friendly or helpful, stayed a Saturday night was expecting entertainment as advertised but told only have entertainment on when they have coaches, room was comfortable but quite dusty , arrived 45 minutes early for check in told can't check in until time stated on booking abruptly, instead of saying , I tell you what as your early ill just check to see if your room is ready, with the amount of dust in room would suggest it hadn't been cleaned properly anyway
