Having a sea view without paying the extra for it. Thank you. Your housekeeping team where great, please thank them. It's a good base to explore from.

The number of steps wasn't great for someone with mobility issues, no sign of an easier way to access the building or disabled parking signs. The receptionist explained where the lift was but we still had to use the stairs to get to our room. Room signage could be better, we didn't know where are room was until we open the door to that floor. Parking was limited so we felt we needed to be back by a certain time to ensure we had a space. Breakfast was awful!! Didn't get the choice of where to sit for breakfast. Which would have been nice. We had to be constantly up and down steps to make drinks and carry back to our table. Went to get juice but it had run out. Had to tell staff. Staff seemed more interested in talking to the kitchen staff through the serving hatch than in serving guests or clearing tables. One morning the tea urn had run out of water, I let a staff member know so. Then watched in horror as the young lady carried a huge jug of boiling walk across the dance floor to fill the urn up with. That's so dangerous!! Then we had to try and catch the eye of someone to take our order, we were not the only guests getting annoyed . Please serve guests their hot drinks, then I ask them when they would like their toast rather than bringing of all at the same time, barely room on the table for it all. I can appreciate how hard hospitality is having previously worked in it. The back of the hotel needs tidying up, and could be used for additional parking.

Well situated with superb views. Clean rooms, well serviced and helpful friendly staff. The room was very hot and this made sleeping uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a small fridge as not easy to keep drinks cool. Great breakfast, altogether a good choice hotel. We would definitely come back.
