Beautiful and artistic renovation with artefacts in each room and corridor. Comfortable bed. Good bar in basement with variety of eats from pizzas to tacos and salads.

No kettle or tea in the room.

An incredible conversation of a fabulous building

I was mystified by the staff uniforms until I realised that the hotel was owned and operated by Dome. However my one complaint was then when we arrived to check in, there was no-one available. I rang on the desk phone to be told "No-one is available at the moment, please ring back later"! Not a great welcome. We had to visit the coffee shop area to get someone to assist us.

One staff member was excellent, the remainder require some upskilling to match the sophistication of the hotel. Congratulations on an amazing transformation of the site and the concept, I still believe the staff could be better presented
