We loved everything about our stay at Eterea Charming Suites. The apartment was clean and modern, with a very comfy bed and streaming services on TV (great for a chilled night after so much walking during the day!). The location was beautiful and very quiet, it was easy to get into the centre of Sorrento with the very reliable (and free) shuttle service. Peppone was an excellent host and very helpful throughout our trip, from making us welcome drinks by the pool on our first day to safely storing our luggage on our last day. We would 100% recommend Eterea Suites to anyone travelling to Sorrento. Thanks again to Peppone and the team!

Secluded up in the hills with regular shuttles into town (which are an experience in themselves!) Amazing views in the room and the room was restocked with food/ water daily. Peppone was very accomodating and super helpful with organising bits for our stay!

Super duper minor thing… the ceiling was slanted and my partner is tall so that was a little annoying for him!

The property is very clean and comfortable and the pool area is very inviting.

It’s location. Our 5 night stay was very comfortable until we made a mistake after we ordered a Spritz by the pool which we paid for 10 euro pp. We opened up a bottle of our own wine that we picked up at the market along with a sandwich that we also picked up, due to certain allergies. The management was not pleased that we did so openly and let us know the next day in a very argumentative way. It made us feel very uncomfortable and disrupted the rest of our stay. Also if you need a ride before or after shuttle hours the price is extremely high without any other choice. The property is impossible to get to and from without their shuttle service. However they are very accommodating with their shuttle you really never have to wait too long between 8am -12pm they do not run between 12-3pm and the last shuttle for the evening is at 11pm. We booked all of our excursions/tours directly with the property and the prices we very good. They do have a washing machine outside that you can use which was a nice feature.

Transportas nebuvo švarus, vien dėl to vertinimas prastesnis. Mūsų apartamentai buvo palėpėje, aukštesniam žmogui buvo nepatogu.

Lovely quiet location. Nice to relax around the pool and jacuzzi after a long day. Exceptional host nothing too much trouble

Amazing service! Peppone went above & beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He is incredibly organized and made everything easy to understand with plenty of information! The shuttle to & from the city center was so helpful. 20 min walk from the drop off point to Marina Grande. The view was incredible from our Jr. Suite and it included a rooftop private hot tub—everything felt like a private resort. Our room was stocked with breakfast and it was restocked each day while our room was cleaned. Peppone & his staff were very responsive and professional. We highly recommend!

Le lieu est absolument incroyable, perché dans les hauteurs de la ville. La chambre est très confortable et les installations, piscine et jacuzzi, rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. L’accès se fait en navette, mais tout est parfaitement organisé : aucune attente et un service impeccable. Peppone est aux petits soins, toujours disponible pour donner des conseils et rendre service. La gare, un supermarché et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité, et une fois dans le centre-ville, tout peut se faire à pied.
