The staff and the location. Perfect in the center and the staff gave me free water and luggage storage for the day

Wifi is non-existent nearly and there was no hot water for a shower

Lotta stairs and very small bathroom

The facility is outdated. The bottom of the kettle in my room is full of stains. There are no cups or glasses in the room. The shower stall area is wide enough for standing. I booked a king size bed the day we arrived showing a discount price. After checking, we climbed up all the way to the attic showing a queen bed. The stairs to the room is dangerous and unsafe especially pulling a carry on luggage upstairs. Need to use the app to translate English into local language for communication.

Just the location because it is in the old town.

The Toilet was very very very uncomfortable.

Very difficult to access via a steep winding stairway with limited hand rails Very noisy at night with a techno music bar directly opposite pumping out noise till 1.00am
