"Convenient, clean and close to the centre of town"

Friendly staff. Clear instructions on check in. Plenty of availability for eating in and not too long to wait for food

Our room was very small and tight for space. It had everything we needed but too much in a small room

The sea view

Food was terrible,asked for an early book in,didn't receive a reply email,was charged but got it back.not enough staff to cope with amount of customers and residents arriving.staff were extremely stretched therefore not so great customer care.

"Expensive but very pleasant."

Catered well for gluten and dairy free. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food reasonably priced. Good breakfast.

It's a bit dark in the lounge away from the wondows.

"Very enjoyable and lovely breakfast"

The location was ideal for the Harbourside

Our room was very snug for two people and a dog. Also a steep staircase to get to it. The shower was small too.
