The hotel surpassed expectations with its exceptional cleanliness and meticulous maintenance. The staff exhibited exemplary professionalism, demonstrating both friendliness and proficiency in their duties, readily assisting guests with their needs. The dining experience, encompassing both dinner and breakfast, met high standards, offering a commendable selection of dishes.

The location on the lake side is very convenient if the weather allows, thanks to the access to the well maintained private Liegewiese. The restaurant was good and kids friendly, the menu is however not very varied. Breakfast was also good but is a bit pricey for the offer (15 EUR pP). The sauna area felt private and has a lovely view over the lake. There’s electric charging ports in the hotel’s parking, none in the nearby parkings. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not very easy to get around without a car (two buses a day in August) and lack of alternative dining options to the hotel’s restaurant otherwise. If the weather doesn’t allow to benefit from the sunbathing or bathing options (or relaxed trekking, or similar) there are not many alternatives in the area that don’t involve moving with the car (which makes the location and included services less relevant).

독일스러운 대응.. 하지만 엄청 친절하며 좋습니다 코로나 시간이여서 체크인 전에 호텔과 전화 통화를 하는것을 추천합니다. 방은 너무나 좋구요 정말로 찐 좋아요^^ 다시방문 100퍼센트 늦은 체크인일경우 오후 18시 이후라면 꼭 호텔측과 전화연결 추천합니다

Ein 3 wunderschöne Tage in der Schorfheide. Jedoch drei Anmerkungen zur Zimmerausstattung: 1. Bett, Matrazenaufleger ist sehr mobil. Sehr lästig bei nächtlichen Aktivitäten. Einzeln oder als Paar samt Matraze aus dem Bett gefallen. 2. Fernseher: Riesenklotz, v.a. Ständer wirkt als Stolperfalle. 3. Fenster nur auf Kipp zu öffnen, Schade des morgens in dieser paradiesischen Umgebung.
