Days Inn by Wyndham West Point

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. THERE WERE DEAD BUGS IN THE BATHROOM AND A USED SHOWER CAP ON THE BACK OF THE BATHROOM DOOR. THE FRONT DOORS WERE LOCKED AT CHECK IN (8:30PM) AND IT TOOK 15 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE CAME OUT TO HELP US. WE WERE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR, RINGING THE BUZZER AND CALLING THE HOTEL PHONE. THE LADY WAS APOLOGETIC BUT IT WAS NOT A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION. SHE HAD A PERSONAL ISSUE THAT I WILL NOT GO INTO BUT SHE WAS UNABLE TO ASSIST US FOR A LONG TIME. SHE WAS NICE AND THE CLEANING LADY WAS NICE BUT I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

This place is so nasty that Expedia needs to not promote this hotel.. it got begs and its very nasty ingeneral and would never go back and no one should.. place need to be close down..

Clean, safe and quiet property. Accommodating staff.

The bad: There was a dead roach and dead spider on the bathroom floor behind the door. Towels felt like sandpaper. Sheets appeared to be washed but had staining on them. No extra toilet paper in the room and when we asked at the front desk he had to make sure we were staying over another night before he would give us another roll. Light in ceiling was not working, coffee maker did not work. We put the do not disturb sign up while we were gone for the day and they still came in and replaced towels, if I have the do not disturb sign up I don’t want you in my room. The good: shower had good pressure, mattresses were comfortable, check in was easy and the tv worked. We will not stay here again. Spend the extra and go somewhere else!

Nice place for a Days Inn

Don't open for breakfast. Been there twice and neither time was the lobby open for coffee. Toilet wouldn't quit running.

I can say for the cheap price my stay was better than some of the high end hotels I had in the past. The lady who cleaned my room did an excellent job. If I didn't have to leave so early I would have gave her a tip. I would have left it in the room but I didn't want just anyone to receive it.

This place is nasty, but bearable. The smell was no so nice and strange. The cleaning staff had bad attitudes and did not clean my room just asked what towels we needed. The towels were dingy and stained. The tub had holes in it and the entire bathroom was not cleaned properly. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it. The bed was too hard. The front counter staff was friendly, but I refused to eat there so I don't know how the breakfast was. I should have taken pictures.
