Petit dej exceptionnel . Nous avons mangé la veille au restaurant qualité prix très bien et très bon. Personnel très aimable .

Les toilettes publics car il fallaitt un code et un membre du personnel. A la réception le personnel qui nous a accueilli ne parlait pas du tout français ou ne voulait pas parler français ?

Prima kamers en de lobby met bar is gezellig.

Het inchecken duurde erg lang. Er stond een enorme rij. Ondanks dat we al online ingechecked waren en we alleen de sleutel hoefden op te halen. De bevestiging gaf aan dat we dan naar de sneldesk konden lopen. Deze sneldesk was niet aanwezig en we moesten met z'n allen in een lange rij.

Locatie ideaal gelegen voor stadscentrum bezoek maar ook voor de Afas dome ( metro station met rechtstreekse verbinding onder het hotel )

Helaas wat gehorig, ondanks laatste kamer van de gang hoor je toch van allerlei geluiden van deuren en gang

Fijne kamers, mooie plek.

Het inchecken duurde 45 minuten. Dat was echt een grote teleurstelling want daardoor konden we minder lang genieten van de stad. Heel vervelend was ook dat ik nóg een keer naar de balie moest, omdat 1 kamer om 16 u nog niet klaar was en omdat de andere kamer maar half klaar was (bed niet opgemaakt). Voor de prijs die ik heb betaald vond ik dit heel erg naar.
