The breakfast is good, with a wide selection of hot dishes and a nice view overlooking the central station. The housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is spacious with a pleasant view. The hotel's location is very convenient, although the surrounding area can sometimes attract a rowdy crowd.

The mattress has lost its support and sags noticeably, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is extremely humid, and even after hanging a towel properly on the drying rack, it was still damp after 12 hours. I also informed the hotel in advance that this three-night stay was for my birthday. The only response I received was a list of paid add-on services. Since there was already a welcome card in the room, a simple birthday greeting on the card would have been a thoughtful gesture that wouldn't have cost the hotel anything. Overall, the hotel is adequate if you're looking for a convenient location near the station. However, if you're hoping for a memorable or special stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Location was great and the lage check out hour is great too.

The price was very high for the room, without breakfast. The bathroom was very large but with poor furniture (nowhere to put things) and the shower curtain fell the first time we had a shower. The courtesy tea bags were old. The arrival is messy with many people queueing. People at counter were doing their best but the whole system does not work.
