Stayed two nights as we have my daughter’s gymnastic competition near the hotel. Was exceeded our expectation. The room was spotless, the bed was perfect for me, the breakfast was delicious. Had some help also from the concierge, staff were all very lovely, especially Ms. Ela and Mr. Febry from the GRO. Definitely coming back here for the next time

This stay really exceedes my expectation. The room, the staff, the food all perfect. We only had very short time to stay before headed to Bandung. They really made this one night full of excitement and memories. Kudos to the team to make this stay even much more memorable than i imagine. Special shout out to Shalila, she really demonstrates a true hospitality with such a genuine gesture and sincerity.
